Viet-Tech laser winning global brand of Jajanese automation – ISUZU

The Viet-tech laser marker named Namson PowerMARK has officially been installed for the modern automotive production chain of ISUZU VIETNAM – the global brand name of commercial vehicle & diesel engine based in Japan.

With the Japanese latest technology assembling factory located in Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City, Isuzu Viet Nam is supplying to the market diversified products to meet customer’s demands includes light duty trucks, medium duty trucks, heavy duty trucks, tractor head, bus chassis & pick-up truck.

This was, therefore, the challenging for Namson PowerMARK to win the belief and could be chosen for the ISUZU’s production chains. Particularly, the request of the machine was marking details and traceability on an aluminum nameplate which would be used on the fuel tanks of each truck after that. The volume of nameplate was intended up to one thousand per year. Hence, the first challenging was machinery testing which was executed right at the factory under strict observation of ISUZU’s expert and well-experienced technicians.

Next, PowerMARK would be required for sample testing by marking right on the nameplate which would be sent to Japanese Base for final inspection after that.  As the result, Namson PowerMARK was chosen and officially installed in the chain on June 21st, 2016 after a long time of waiting.
