Annoucing the release of the Fusion M2 40 – The newest laser system of Epilog

We are excited to announce the release of the new Epilog Fusion M2 40!

Following the great success we’ve seen with the Fusion M2 32, we are pleased to announce that we have adapted the technologies developed for the Fusion M2 series into our top-of-the-line 40″ x 28″ (1016 x 711 mm) system, including the popular Dual Source capabilities and eView Camera Module.

The new Fusion M2 40 replaces the standard Fusion 40 and shipments are scheduled to commence this week. All old-style Fusion 40 orders already in-house will be built as Fusion M2 systems.

The new Fusion M2 40 is offered with the exact same lasers, dual source, and camera configurations as the Fusion M2 32. We have also incorporated major improvements in the exhaust airflow and enhanced the cooling of all heat-generating components, including the laser tubes and power supplies.

• The Fusion M2 32/40 manual has been updated online and we will begin shipping the new version with systems in the next printing. Click here to download the new version.
• The ECC has been removed from this version of the manual. The software and instructions are still available on the driver downloads page for customers that still wish to use the features of the program.
• The website is in the process of being updated with the new system.
• An updated brochure will be available soon.
• A press release is being prepared and will be sent to all of our media partners early next week.
