T500 model features update

1. Roll holder System

From Y2017 new shipment, the T500 model is designed with optional Roll Holder System handy for users to manually load roll media like fabrics, leather, flex, film, label, technical fiber, felt, etc. for laser cutting and engraving. When Roll Holder System integrated with AASTM contour cutting module, T500 make it possible to cut printed roll media for textile, leather and graphic applications.

Moreover, the Roll Holder System can be applied to load film roll material which can cover the entire cutting area to obtain strong down force vacuum. It will help thick and rigid material cutting such as acrylic sheet with shinning and clear cutting edge. The roll media can load 20 KG weight of roll media with max. width of 1330mm.

2. Extension Roller Table

In addition, the standard size of this T-500 model is 1300x905mm (51”x35”). With the extension Roller table with size of 1300x600mm on the real and front sides allow the max. cut or engraved work piece up to 1300x1500mm (51”x59”) accommodated into T-500 working table. There is a built in mechanical hard stop to ensure the origin position. And clamping fixture hold work piece firmly during laser processing. It is a smart way to fit in standard larger work piece of acrylic 1×1.5m into the T-500.
